Pre-contract tender, bid support and tender analysis

Provision of a detailed pre-tender estimate, including cost risk advice on certain design items which may impact budget.
This informs the project team as to whether the designs included in the tender documents conform to the approved budget.
SJA’s Quantity Surveyors can then prepare tender cost schedules (Bill of Quantities if required) which form part of the tender documentation, depending on the procurement model selected.
In addition, once tenders are returned from the market, a tender analysis can be undertaken, assisting the project team in making a recommendation and final decision on contract award.
