Campus facility renovations

SJA were appointed by Australia's largest training and education provider, TAFE NSW, to undertake Project Management for the refurbishment of existing facilities, hair salons and beauty rooms across a number of campuses, including:

  • Refurbishment & expansion of hair & beauty facilities at Mount Druitt TAFE
  • Upgrade of existing salon areas and beauty rooms at Granville TAFE
  • Construction of a large storage shed, and the extension of several existing animal holdings at Richmond TAFE
  • Relocation of pedestrian gates and associated footpath works, to improve pedestrian safety at the entrance to the facility at Nepean College - Kingswood Campus

SJA strategically levelled multiple challenges including the risks associated with carrying out works on live sites while facilities remained fully operational.
