The Newport is a thriving drinking and dining hub on the Northern Beaches of Sydney.
Appointed by Merivale to project manage the $15 million redesign and refurbishment of the hotel, SJA drove the design and authority approval process, prepared contract documentation, and managed on site construction. Internal and external areas including bar areas, the pizzeria, burger shack and children's playground were redesigned and renovated, all within the tight seasonal summer deadline set by the client.
