The SJA Construction Consulting and Planning & Programming divisions carried out independent financial and programming analysis, in order to determine the health of the following projects:
- Wentworthville Leagues Club
- NSW Rugby League Centre of Excellence
- Rosenthal Project
- North Kellyville Public School
- SAN Clinic Parkway
The cost data and programming information was thoroughly investigated and analysed, with recommendations made for individual commercial and planning reports. The divisions worked collaboratively to conduct interactive presentations of their findings to the senior executive and NSW management teams, providing insight for improvements.
