The Quantity Surveying & Cost Planning division of SJA provideS diligent support in cost planning, estimation, dispute preparation and reporting.
In-depth cost analysis, intelligent assessment and rigid reporting are the hallmarks of SJA's Quantity Surveying & Cost Planning practitioners.
From the feasibility stage to completion this division combines experience with analytical knowledge in order to budget, estimate and monitor construction costs for the client, informing them of the most cost effective way to proceed.
At the post construction stage, SJA's quantity surveyors are called in as trusted advisors to prepare claims or manage disputes during contentious matters.
The Quantity Surveying & Cost Planning division provide feasibility studies of proposed construction projects to establish high level unit rate (m2) costs, which then inform the Principal’s business case estimates.
In consultation with the Principal, budgets are prepared for the project, within the parameters of both the Principal’s requirements and legislative stipulations.
