Currently under construction, 443 Queen St is a luxury residential high-rise overlooking the Brisbane river. Landscape design elements like vertical gardens and a rooftop oasis create the feeling of being inside a subtropical environment.
The Planning & Programming division delivered a detailed contract program for the client, Probuild. Elemental stages were benchmarked using SJA's extensive as-built data library for similar high-rise projects. The team also calculated a required delay contingency to be included in the program, based on historical weather statistics for the area and other risk factors, which could potentially impact the overall duration of the project.
