62 Mary Street is an integrated commercial tower, retail and civic space in the heart of Brisbane CBD.
The SJA Planning & Programming division delivered a detailed program and confirmed an overall duration for the construction phase of the project. This analysis was then used as a benchmark for comparing other submitted tenders. As a value add, the team labour resourced the complete program, giving the client and their Project Managers an indication of peak labour requirements, including calculation of a requisite delay contingency to be included in the program.
