Hyatt Centric is a boutique lifestyle hotel, consisting of 221 rooms and a ground level foyer/restaurant space, due to open in the heart of Hobart in 2019.
Hyatt worked with Hobart based JAWS Architects and Dreamtime Australia Design to create bespoke individual rooms and interiors, while SJA's Planning & Programming division produced a detailed contract and target construction program for Hutchinson Builders, ensuring timely delivery of the project.
