From design to completion, SJA's Project Management division worked with Stockland to deliver an environmentally friendly and prestigious residential complex, on time and on budget.
The Hyde is now an award winning Sydney CBD residential address with 131 apartments over 34 levels, lap-pool, penthouse and stunning views across Sydney harbour and Hyde Park from every angle.
The building also incorporates 'brise soleil' sunlight deflecting technology on the buildings' facade with feature planters and exterior climbers reflecting the natural beauty and environment of The Hyde. In addition a co-generation plant provides power to common areas and hot water heating was installed with a rainwater collection system for irrigation and car washing.
