Rhodes Central is a mixed use residential retail development featuring an 8 level basement, 4 podium levels and two residential towers of mixed use residential and retail development.
Working alongside the client, Billbergia, SJA's Planning & Programming division prepared the ongoing development of the contract, construction and target program, as well as providing monthly status inspections and reports. The team continues to analyse monthly progress on the site, identify potential delays to the project, and assist with the submission of extension of time claims.
