The Rural Ambulance Infrastructure Reconfiguration project involved the planning of 28 ambulance stations across regional NSW, delivered across two phases over a 10 year period.
For phase one, SJA's scope of services involved developing a master program which included the planning and delivery phases of the project.
Phase two involved ongoing monthly project status meetings in order to progress the master program, a three month forecast program, and a master program executive summary report to highlight variances between the key project milestones.
