The Shoalhaven dam provides water to the Shoalhaven and Southern Highlands region so that during drought, the Sydney and Illawarra water supply can be topped up from the Shoalhaven water supply.
SJA were engaged by UGL to produce contract work. Through a series of procedure flow charts, checklists and pro-forma notices condensed into a user-friendly workbook, SJA provided all involved contractors with a detailed guide to the appointed contractor’s obligations.
