The Rocks in Sydney is the traditional home of the Gadigal people, and the place of first European settlement in Australia. The SJA Project Management division were appointed by Place Management NSW to provide tenancy co-ordination services to tenants across this heritage-listed, historic precinct. Various commercial and retail fit-outs were overseen, all requiring heritage applications, approvals and land owner consents. Consultation was also provided in all phases of pre-lease, design concept, design submission, approvals and fit-out, right up until tenants opened for trade. Services included:
