SJA provides ongoing commercial support services to the client, Ventia, as part of the wider Barangaroo Delivery Authority (BDA) remediation.
The works form part of the wider plan to position Barangaroo South as the next global reference point in urban waterfront renewal.
The site is meticously tested for toxic waste residue and cleared prior to build.
A dedicated SJA site resource is responsible for hands on contract administration of the project and, notably, Ventia recently reported a 12 month incident free period "as a result of meticulous planning and a commitment from our workforce and subcontractors to put safety and health above all else."
