This project involved the construction of a new multi-storey carpark, refurbishment within the existing Dental Building, relocation of fire services equipment, widening and extension of Institute Road and changes to signalling and signage at major intersections.
SJA was engaged by Health Infrastructure to undertake a ‘health check audit’ determining whether procedural practices set out in the current Contract Administration Procedures Manual (CAPM) were being implemented by the project management team.
