SJA is currently looking for Client-Side Project Managers to join our Sydney office to work on a range of private and public sector projects.
The ideal applicant will have the desire to contribute and make a positive input to a close-knit team in a growing organisation, and will possess:
-Minimum of 5 years client-side project management experience.
-Sound knowledge in building and civil construction.
-Excellent communication and client liaison skills.
-Strong written skills.
-Management and technical ability to manage multiple projects.
-Ability to work in a team environment.
-Meticulous contract administration skills.
-Experience with varied clients and varied asset classes.
-Qualifications in construction management, project management, civil engineering or similar.
-Robust knowledge of contracts, Building Code of Australia and legislative requirements associated with the construction industry.
