SJA was appointed by Place Management NSW to provide project management services from the initiation stage through to project completion of base build construction works. The works include restoration to the façade, restoration and repair to stonework and brickwork with stone sourced from Gosford Quarries including lead weathering, pointing and re-pointing; gold leaf gilding, painting, finial reinstatement, desalination preservation treatments to stonework and chimney seismic stabilisation works.

Internal conservation works were also undertaken to preserve the heritage of significant items.
