Auckland Housing Programme (AHP) is a Government initiative to use under-utilised Government-owned land to create more homes for Aucklanders. The new homes will be a mix of public housing, affordable and market housing. The program involves the development of 5000 new homes in a mix of standalone, terrace and apartment configuration. It involves removing old Housing New Zealand homes that are past their best and replacing them with new, warm, healthy homes.
SJA is providing planning management services that include;
Establishing the baseline program
Developing the detail of individual work packages
Reporting of progress and proposing mitigation strategies as necessary
SJA established the program baseline and sub-programs for the development and construction of work in addition to visibility of progress via accurate and concise monthly reporting.
