SJA provided Neoen with the following services:
SJA commenced work on this project by undertaking a critical path analysis of the proposed contract program. The focus being on the proposed timeline and sequencing of the critical grid connection offsite process for approval to generate power.
SJA identified key changes from the original tender program which increased the risk to the client by ensuring the client’s approval activities were forced critical. The client was then able to raise these changes with the contractor and subsequently have the program revised to mitigate the risk to the client.
SJA was closely involved in the client-side program management throughout the duration of the project providing the client with an independent review of the progress and forecasting of the onsite works.
SJA consistently identified undeclared program slippages through analysis of the contractor’s monthly status programs and provided the client confidence in relation to the actual status of the project.
SJA assisted with the assessment of time-related EOT claims during the project using the time impact analysis delay assessment method.
