SJA Project Management were engaged by Pro-Invest Group for the delivery of a 239-bed hotel and mixed-use development in the Parramatta City Centre. SJA was instrumental in the lead-up to early works DA lodgment, which required due diligence studies to inform transport, HV, sewer, contamination, and archaeological constraints.
Applications under the Heritage and National Parks and Wildlife Acts’ were prepared in advance, to mitigate potential delays inherent to the historical and aboriginal archaeological programs.
SJA maintains several development programs for alternate critical path scenarios which assist the client with their feasibilities and forecast cash flows. The schematic design phase required SJA to engage and manage a skillful and focused team of over 20 design disciplines. The team was able to navigate the myriads of legislation and produce a quality design outcome for the client and a main works DA lodgment in July 2019.
