SJA recently analysed tender submissions in relation to a variety of matters including design finalisation provisions, appetites towards risk on GSW, groundwater treatment and other latent conditions, the extent and severity of contract departures, as well as more quantitative elements such as alternate basement constructions/ structural systems, alternate materiality and FFE selections.
SJA has extensive experience in driving contract negotiations to closure because we understand the nature of risks inherent to luxury multi-dwelling projects and how best to allocate these risks between the parties.
