One the Waterfront

One The Waterfront is a multi-building residential building with a six-level basement and two high rise towers.

SJA was involved in this project in a feasibility and delivery planning and programming role, which has involved the preparation and development of detailed construction programs.

SJA was also been involved in working through crew resourcing for excavation and formwork to keep an efficient workflow through excavation and construction of suspended slabs. SJA was also responsible for the preparation of 4D render drawings which will form the basis for the builder’s methodology and the developers staged occupation plans.
