The project involved the production of a coordinated building/civils/high voltage supply baseline program for five new 2OCU Buildings as commissioned by Lendlease. This was completed using the separate unlinked programs made available by trades partners and from within Leadlease. The aim of this project was to make clear the relationships between the construction packages and determine priorities of installation on-site, helping to prevent critical delays to each building completion date. This program could then be used to report progress on-site and accurately forecast completion dates based on progress on-site.
SJA was responsible for amalgamating the existing construction programs, identifying and adding the scope of works activities not captured in the existing plans to assess critical impacts on separable portion handovers. Also identified was the total float available to activities to assist the site team responsible for installation. SJA the initial status of the coordinated program and reporting on the forecast completion dates for each of the 2OCU buildings against the baseline plan. SJA was then commissioned to status the coordinated 2OCU Buildings program on a weekly basis.
