The project involved the construction of a new multi-story carpark providing 1,253 additional car spaces. This included design finalisation, demolition of existing at-grade carparks, construction of a minimum 47 space at-grade car park, pedestrian entrance paths, landscaped zones, new kiosk substation, and elevated pedestrian linked bridge. Also included was the refurbishment within the existing Dental Building, relocation of fire services equipment, widening, and extension of Institute Road and changes to signaling and signage at major intersections.
SJA was engaged by Health Infrastructure to undertake a health check audit and provide commentary and recommendations where appropriate. This audit provided quality assurance by determining whether procedural practices set out in the current Contract Administration Procedures Manual (CAPM) was being implemented by the project management team.
