One of the most exciting residential opportunities in central London, this project blends past and present bringing a new public square to the heart of the city.
West Hampstead Square is a mixed use residential development consisting of 198 new high-end apartments across five distinct buildings, connected by a network of private laneways and gardens.
The development is also home to a retail space, restaurants, Marks & Spencer, office units and 2,600 sq ft of leisure space.
Engaged by Ballymore Properties, SJA's Construction Consulting division initiated defect rectification works and ensured the project continued to align with the program.
The team also supervised claims, procured subcontract packages, and managed the works through to completion.
Today, West Hampstead Square passes one of the key tests of good urban planning: offering a public space for the community as well as providing new places to work, live and play.
